Also note, we're 2 months from release. At most there's only 2 or 3 new character trailers left. 2 months to show off all the remaining trailers, and we've gone from one trailer every 2 months to a trailer a month, so it's still pretty likely there are only two characters left: Shulk and Chorus Men. We'll see.
I think Sakurai also needs to dedicate a few days to revealing veterans and stages that are still unaccounted for.
Veterans Missing
Ness
Ice Climbers
Jigglypuff (who I still don't like)
Falco
Ganondorf
Mewtwo (Yeah I know it's highly unlikely at this point but I'm putting him anyway)
Wario
Metaknight
Lucas (EDIT: Crap. I knew I forgot someone)
Wolf
R.O.B.
Snake (Doubt he's coming back at this point)
Stages Missing
3DS Metroid Stage (Hoping for Fusion stage w/ Nightmare)
3DS Donkey Kong Stage (Not counting Jungle Japes, Hoping for DKC Returns 3D stage)
WiiU Donkey Kong Stage (Hoping for Tropical Freeze stage)
3DS Kirby Stage (Hoping for Royal Road from Triple Deluxe)
WiiU Kirby Stage (Not counting Halberd, Hoping for Epic Yarn stage)
3DS Star Fox Stage (Hoping for Zoness)
WiiU Star Fox Stage (Hoping for Sauria)
3DS Sonic Stage (Hoping for Casino Night or Tropical Resort)
3DS Mega Man Stage (I dunno, that space fort Wily had in Mega Man V?)
3DS Yoshi Stage (Well I would say Kamek's Fortress but that got used up for Mushroom Kingdom U)
WiiU Yoshi Stage (I doubt we're getting a Wooly World stage so I'd say Yoshi Star Galaxy from SMG2?)
3DS Pikmin Stage (????)
3DS Wii Fit Stage (I'm guessing it just be the same thing as on WiiU like what Little Mac got)
And now we have to worry about two F-Zero stages. (Don't ask me what the 3DS one would be but I'd dig Aeropolis for WiiU)
Something tells me next month we're getting another Smash Bros. Direct. Especially since September is the launch date in Japan for the 3DS version.
