She'll probably have minor changes like Roy/Falco.
 
Also note, we're 2 months from release. At most there's only 2 or 3 new character trailers left. 2 months to show off all the remaining trailers, and we've gone from one trailer every 2 months to a trailer a month, so it's still pretty likely there are only two characters left: Shulk and Chorus Men. We'll see.

I think Sakurai also needs to dedicate a few days to revealing veterans and stages that are still unaccounted for.

Something tells me next month we're getting another Smash Bros. Direct. Especially since September is the launch date in Japan for the 3DS version.

Dear Nintendo, please stop putting Anime's in my Smash. Nobody wants 50 charicters from Fucking Fire Elblum I want other Charicters that are cool.
 
Dude, if you actually asked that, you'd probably get anime Ness and Lucas in return.

That said, I was a Chrom supporter, but Robin just looks so fucking awesome I don't care, plus he's part of Robin's FS anyway, so it's all good.

I'm pretty sure Wario, Game & Watch, and Meta Knight are still coming back.
After all, they were in that whiteboard drawing.

Someone on Smashboards think if the Chorus Kids are in, they'll get a double reveal trailer with Wario.
Since Warioware and Rhythm Heaven are made by the same team.
 
I think with the announcement of the New Fire Elbulm Charicters there will be about 50 other charicter from Mother
 
If they are making the Glee Club troupe playable, I don't think they'd reveal that fact until after the game comes out.
 
or we'll get all three and I can finally be happy for once in my life (unlike lucas hey-oh now I'm sad)

No, the Glee club was as stupid as Pac-Man was wierd to play as (I know I havent playeed him and the game isn't out but Namco Rulettte sems so complicated) also why aren't there more charicters from more franchizes now that we got Robin and Lucina???

It was already dead the moment Ness showed up in Smash 64 and not Ninten.

There are always a handful of veterans (and sometimes newcomers) left unannounced at launch who act as the unlockable characters. I'm surprised Captain Falcon was announced pre-launch at all, he's usually left as an unlockable.

I don't think there'll be any unannounced newcomers though, since Sakurai has all these character trailers pre-made and wants to show them off. We're definitely getting another newcomer during the August direct and we will probably have another event like today in September.

Maybe you shouldn't play Japanese games if you don't want Japan-centric characters to appear in the games you play?

I think what's gonna happen is that some newcomers just won't get any trailers.
Yesterday, he said we're approaching the end of Newcomers WITH TRAILERS.
Which means some unlockable characters might be newcomers and get no trailers.

It's funny because everyone in Smash were made by Japanese developers. Don't quote me on that.

You're contradicting yourself. You want more franchises represented, yet Smash 4 is the game which has introduced the most characters from series which never had representation in smash. You also don't like the Chorus Men, despite them filling this role you feel we need even more of.

We're at 11 newcomers. 2 more makes 13. You think there's gonna be over 13 newcomers? We're already at the standard number of newcomers per game here, any more and Smash 4 will have more newcomers than any other smash.

No your getting it wrong, I don't the Rythm Hevean Franchise to be a part of smash becuase it will look stupid at best but I would like to see something like Magnus or Samuri Gora appear F-Zero was like Fire Elbulm before the announcement came.

Considering that Sakurai has dropped the idea of having a lengthy and intensive story mode with cinematics in order to focus on other aspects of the game, having more newcomers than the previous titles doesn't seem too unlikely. If anything, it seems like they're putting more resources into the core elements of the game, so the idea of having more than 13 newcomers isn't all that unrealistic from where I'm standing.

You see putting in the Glee club would be wierd and too out of place, I was ok with the Wii fit Trainer but what do you do with the glee club? It would make more sence to put Waluigi, Rapheiel from the Rythm Thief, or HELL EVEN ANNIE FROM SKULLGIRLS in the game than to put the Glee Club in

I've never played Rhythm Heaven (although I've watched some of the songs being played), and I'd much rather see the Chorus Men in Smash than characters like Magnus or Samurai Goroh. At least the Chorus Men would be visually interesting if not dynamically different in playstyle.

It's Smash... what are you expecting in the first place? Guns, hardcore metal music, giant robots?
