It says it's been taken down by "Nintendo of America" explicitly though, and only Nintendo of America can actually use that username for copyright take downs.
 
Wow this thread just fucking explodes sometimes and I come home to see like 5 new pages.
My Opinions:
The Bowser Jr and Shulk videos are convincing as hell. Don't know how you could say that's fake. But if it is damn some asshole has a lot of time on his hands.
HOWEVER because the leaker is such a little fucking shit I'm still kind of skeptical about his claims on veteran DLC, even kind of skeptical on the duck hunt dog images since he wasn't in the videos. His text leaks, however, are obviously fake.
And lastly, why the fuck is anyone surprised by dark pit? Did we watch the same palutena trailer?
 
I still think that the copyright claims were just from reports and stuff, we all know Youtubes service is abusable as fuck

We all assumed Dark Pit would be a boss in Adventure Mode or somtehing, or an alt costume.
Only a few people were pumped for him as a character

What if the leak turns out to be fake
Jutsei would have gloating privs for decades (or until Annie gets in the game whichever comes first)

The salt would be great
But alas
Even though it means my peeps ICs are gone
Vids and Ninty themselves hiding stuff is preeeeeeeeeetty convincing
I'll just sit here in the corner and remember happier days

I certainly wouldn't gloat about it, I'd just do a few I told you sos like I plan to when/if Ridley's confirmed.
I'm not condescending when I'm right about things.
I mean I called Cyber Sub-Zero and Human Smoke in Mortal Kombat 9 but I was more overjoyed that I was right.

How I feel about this whole situation, basically

Sadly it's not something someone can necessarily stop in this internet based age we now live in. But yeah it pisses me off too that this happened.

Also, someone over at DKVine brought this up:

"Now I'm starting to think that only parts of the leak were real, while some other parts were fake. Notice how we only ever saw Duck Hunt, Doc, and Dark Pit on the supposed character select, while we actually saw Bowser Jr. and Shulk in motion? Maybe only they're real and everything else is fake."

Of course I hope this turns out to be true, except for the case of Dark Pit. 1. He's already been shown in leaked screens making it unlikely and 2. Unlike the majority of people, I don't think he counts as a recolor outside of physical appearance.

Fact 1: The same guy who posted about the 5 dlc characters also created an entirely different list along with with set of info bombings.
Fact 2: The video footage of Bowser Jr. in battle has the SAME characters as a previous screen leak (Bowser, Jr., Kirby, Pikachu)
Fact 3: The same guy who posted the pictures in this recent pic dump showed a picture of All-Star mode (However, it was locked)
Fact 4: All Star mode is only unlocked when all characters are unlocked.
Fact 5: This means that the same guy who took the pics of the select screen, videos and other menus DOES NOT HAVE THE FULL UNLOCKED ROSTER

Now this leads into the assumption section:
Assumption 1: DLC characters will not affect the status of All Star unlockability (After all, what if I don't want that character? Why am I denied an entire mode?)
Assumption 2: There may not be DLC AT ALL and the last 5 characters are still unlockable at that point.
Assumption 3: All the lists of unlockables and dlc are literally him pulling something out of his ass and baiting us with it.
