Filia Trying to punish Peacock teleport with air Gregor too early IPS bug?

At the start: I do IAD j.MP to hit Cerebella assist then cancel to air Gregor to hit Peacock. Air Gregor hits as IPS stage 1.
Last attempt: I do the same thing, except I do it a bit earlier. This time air Gregor hits as IPS stage 2 then the followup is stage 3.

Oh, HEY. Air Gregor actually moves a teensy bit downward during the startup, which is making it touch the ground.
I might be able to fix that....
