If you charge 4 and press 6 and two kicks you will immediately get a move, lk+mk and lk+hk both do run stop and mk+hk does kanchou, it would be nice if lk+hk were battle butt so each move had it's own shortcut

I use lk+hk for run-stop loops and lk+hp for battle butt.

You can do HP+HK as a shortcut for Battle Butt.

LK+LP+MK gets you Pummel Horse.

What happens when you're doing this is the game sees 4,6 LK+MK. MK takes priority over LK, so you get a MK Tumble Run. The game them immediately notices you are holding LK (the MK input has already been 'used') which gives you Run-Stop.

Likewise, when you press MK+HK, the game gives you a HK tumble run (HK has priority over MK) and then notices you're still holding MK so you get Kanchou.

In the same way, you'll see that MP+MK gives you Kanchou, LP+LK will give you Run Stop and HP+HK will give you Battle Butt because it regesters the kick input first, gives you the run and then sees that the second input is being held down and gives you the appropriate follow up.

I know HP HK gets battle butt but if you mess up the input you get tag instead which is really disastrous

you get as an assist:
Battle butt by inputting 4,6 HP+HK
Kanchou by inputting 4,6 MP+MK

Pummel horse used to work, but it was so silly (allowed you to charge all 3 levels of poison for val for example) that you cannot select it as an assist anymore.

I used to wonder why it was removed as an assist...but 3 levels of poison kinda explain it all :/
