It's been three years since I made the Unofficial Official Temporary Skullheart steam group. Back then Skullheart went down and I made the group to help newbies (buns) get a footing into the game. Since then we've expanded into all sorts of fighting games, and Skullgirls still has a spot here. So as we remember our roots in a different group, we're holding our third annual tournament. Two games will have a tournament: Skullgirls and Street Fighter V. We can only run two because with a streamer they can last awhile, as we learned last year.
However, because of how bad Group Steam Chats are, we've all moved onto Discord. We keep the Steam Group around to direct people to the Discord, but for the tournament we'll be using the Steam Chat so we won't force anyone to make a Discord account.

As for regions, UOTS was always Global. I know people hate lag and the rollback and whatever, but UOTS was never about super serious competition, and it still isn't. It's for the people who loved the game, the casuals, the buns, and even the advanced players who just want to play. Honestly I was thinking about prizes in the beginning, but then decided to just see who would participate out of the love for the game. Competition is fun and all, but even I was surprised to find that some of our members, even when they only lose, still play because they have fun.
Thanks, and keep Skullgirls Alive!
