Call me optimistic, but I don't want the "tech thread" to become like SRK's UMVC3 tech threads where it's 50 pages of chat and videos and if you want to find a specific bit of tech, ie just a burst bait or an optimised bnb, you have to wade through 50 random pages just to find one thing.

It's better if every subset of tech has its own thread, that way you can go "oh, I want optimised bnbs, time to check the combo thread" or "Oh, I want happy birthday combos, time to check this thread" or "oh, I want resets, time to check this thread" or "oh, I want burst baits, time to check this thread", instead of "Oh, I want burst baits, time to wade through optimised bnbs, happy birthday combos, and resets until I find some burst baits."

Consider punishing with j.HP xx qcf HK xx Flatliner, or at least j.HP xx Flatliner if you want to keep the same positioning, since the j.HP will give you +100 undizzy to work with, when you DHC into Painwheel.
