Weird fantasy/headcanon thing.

The story of Skullgirls is actually a bunch of slightly disjointed movies/movie stories that all take place in the "real" universe that we see in the game. All of the "sets" and "actors" are real places and people, but the conflicts are written and some character aspects are acted out or enhanced for dramatic effect. The announcer kind of supports this for me, along with the disjointed nature of some of the story. I like to imagine that all of the characters, or "actors" are actually good friends behind the scenes.

I'm weird, though, so whatever.

So kinda like the theory that Super Mario Bros. 3 is actually a play?
