What are Living Weapons exactly?

This may have been answered already but do we know what Living Weapons are exactly?

What are they made out of?

Why were they created?

How long have they been around?

Do they have any relations to parasites?

How strong are they compared to parasites?

Weapons that are alive. (Animal like intelligence)

Theonite and probably some other stuff.

Same reason any weapon is created, to kill people.

All I know is that Parasites existed before them.

They're both derived from Theonite.

Weaker than Parasites, but easier to control.

I think that was from the Lore thread as well. Correct me if wrong though.

Pazuzu Whip: Deep Violet

Not sure if wielding them is inherited or not, since Cerebella's mum was a weapon wielder I believe?

Her mom made them, so there's probably a process that bonds weapon to wielder.
