What Happened to the Skull Girls RPG

Hello, I was on an active lurker on the forums two years ago. I remember there was a community building a skullgirls RPG game. A fan-made one. Did that ever get completed or is there still active development on it? I can't seem to pull up the original thread through the forum search. If anyone could provide me some info much appreciated.

Googling "Skullheart RPG" returns the following page as the first result:

It's by FunkyHellBoy and I haven't heard that name in ages.
I think he's vanished.

He's long since been gone, as someone who...now regrettably..worked on it, the project was all kinds of screwy, Funky wasn't exactly the best project lead (and that's putting it nicely.) so when he left the whole thing kinda fell apart.
