Steam - Windows What happens next? The cutscenes went black!

So, I updated my game yesterday, and since I bought it again, I needed to win the story modes again. My bro was playing the Big Band story, and on the part where Marie goes Godzilla on that building, the cutscene went black! The music still played, but the game was non-responsive! I had to reset it.
I don't have a screenshot, because I just thought about asking. Just thought you should know.

I'm not sure what my operating system is, but this did actually happen once before, on Cerebella's last cutscene... I think it's random, because BB's story was fine the next time.

Sounds like your computer just sucks.

Buy a new one and that will fix the problem up right away.

Turn off windows aero and close more programs to give Skullgirls more memory to run.
