Mine would have to be:

Spider, From megaman command mission.
Just love how cool of a customer he was up until it ~ u ~

Plus the way he fights with playing cards and how much of
an asset to my party really made it all the harder to see him
go traitor.
Though I should have noticed sooner that Spider was Redips
backwards so I would have seen this coming ~ ~)
Also I did get Zero back so I guess I broke even.

Ok no seriously it's...

Adachi, at first you think it's him but then you think that would be too easy, you think it's the fish eyes kid but then it's revealed to be the delivery man...until you discover that Adachi is the true killer and he was just strumming you along this whole time making you think other people are the killer. His personality changes into a 180 and it's great.

Bosch D-ratio 1/64 Ranger.
Right from the start of the game Bosch was a caring friend and Partern to Ryu a D-ratio 1/8192 ranger(Low rank).
After being seperated during a mission Ryu saves a young girl name Nina and gains the ability to turn into a Dragon warrior.
When Bosch meets up with Ryu once again it is revealed Bosch's friendly demeanor is an act he puts on as he tries to politically wheel and deal his way to a higher station in society.
Being defeated by Ryu and having his pride injured he later gets an obsession with killing Ryu going as far as surgically grafting the arm of a dragon that once linked to a human to his body.
