Why cant hatred install be safe like robo install?

I'm just curious why isn't that a thing but robo is. Pw hatred install Is only good as a DHC

Because Det mode costs more.

And you can already make Hatred Install safe as a DHC.

You lose robo if you detonate not on a person

1 bar as a DHC, and if they block the super before HI, Painwheel is not only safe, but plus.

I don't think there's an official explanation but what everyone else said is a pretty good approximation why, Robo's level 3 has the trade off of eventually taking damage in your explosion and whiffing the explosion puts you in a worse spot and Painwheel's doesn't have to worry about that while costing 1 bar less.

fwiw Painwheel can be safe on block on her own, just doesn't have the instant recovery Robo has from nothing. So other than that the applications can be quite similar
