Whoever misses Salty when it airs can always catch it on Youtube the next day. Personally I'm psyched to check it out Saturday!

@Wenzel She's pretty much always been confirmed to be a mode character. Her Indiegogo description said she would have two unique mechanics, the blood dropping on the stage and an alternate mode.
Everyone just started getting scared that they were going to cut out her alternate mode because of the budget. But that would've defeated the purpose for the character.

Keep in mind Big Band and Squigly have some of highest amounts of frames in the game, so I think L0 is gonna really make Eliza fancy with her attacks and definitely put a whole bunch of moves for her alt. mode.

Yes, Squigly and Big Band were amazing, well the only frames I didn't like from Big Band where the air punches because all were the same and very simple, I want a little effect to show that one is hard and other is light, like a good amount of steam.
 
Sekmet.......wow, it's really going to happen! Giraffe Eliza is hilarious.

Yeah agreed. The only difference is the which of the three porthole-things is shooting steam out. But most of BB's moves, especially his air moves, play off his lack of arms by having his upper body do nothing.

Yeah I know, and all the chars. description says "Please keep in mind that any gameplay style speculation is subject to change, and nothing here should be taken as final. Also, the listed gameplay inspirations may range from gameplay style to things as minute as a single move or stylistic feel from the character- so take all of these notes with a grain of salt."

So since the only Sekmet frames was the S. Pose, many (I included) think that this mechanic was droped, If a don´t have a L0 Staff answer al could be changed.

I'm just saying don't loose faith! Lab Zero cut no corner with any characters, especially these crowd funded ones (they get taunts, proper story modes and so so many frames.)
L0 is still going strong... until Beowulf come out. By then they'll be broke.

Beowulf's stage & story weren't funded in the IGG campaign, but funds for it were found elsewhere.

Whether the funds came from Indiegogo campaign or elsewhere is irrelevant, the point is that Yellowflash said it wasn't funded when it actually was.
 
How silly of me to explain where did the confusion come from.

Yah. It does matter. And I thank Muro for his explanation. I didn't realize that there was anything besides the campaign for funding so I didn't know whether or not he would have a story. Simply stating it without explanation doesn't help.

I mean..I did mention the campaign didn't I? All I was saying was you could have ya know told me that to begin with to avoid confusion. But that's all I have to say. We should get back on topic since this is the Eliza thread, and not Beowulf.

Did Rich Brown appear on the early Big Band Salty streams?

Personally I don't mind if her actress doesn't appear on the stream as long they just say her name, so I could go crazy doing research on her other roles. (Because most Skullgirls voice actors are relatively unknown so you have to do some digging.)

Well hopefully they'll have implemented her grabs and finished her specials. Maybe even some more stuff for Sekhmet. I'm really excited too, but I'm always excited for Eliza news.
 
Okay, so there will be Eliza stuff shown tomorrow. On the SG fb page, someone asked about Eliza and they replied with a link to the stream saying that they would be able to see more about her tomorrow. I am excite.

Makross usually posts the updates to his Youtube page, and recently Poccola_margherita0141 did the same for the May 9th update. Not sure if they plan to continue but check there within a day or two.

You can also just go watch the twitch archives.

this means Eliza will be out in Beta next week and I am on my cruise :(
