That's alright, no worries. But in my defense, since your NSFW blog has pieces like the Mrs V in lingerie, I thought those were "eligible". It was something more along those lines that I had in mind. But I'm just babbling, please don't think of this as me insisting.

Side note, seeing your Slayer piece kinda hit me in the feels, not only because his VA passed away recently but also because of the nostalgia. Slayer was the character that got me the most hyped for GGXX, which goes waaaaay back to the simpler days of 2002 and 56K modems, blurry scans and 500Kb being the epitome of high resolution images.

I know it sounds bullshit 'cause they're pretty simple, but the sketch takes me a lot. There's a huge difference for me between drawing characters just 'staying there' and actually interact with something.

You speak of the nerds as if it's not okay to be one. For juxtaposition, you're on a message board about a fictional fighting game talking to tons of people who are, more likely than not, in the "nerd" demographic themselves.

Being a "nerd" isn't a bad thing; that's just an arbitary social stigma invented by people to make themselves feel better than others (And a horribly outdated stigma at that). All it means is that you've dedicated a good amount of your time and effort to something, because you care about it—and dedicating yourself to your own character, especially since they are a well-designed character, is really nothing to be ashamed of.

Actually commissioning Chicken to draw my character(s) isn't a bad idea; I'll have to keep an eye open and see what her rates are...

For the record I don't consider Balder nerd at all, he's a really cool dude.

To keep this thread on topic, I really enjoy Chicken's NSFW art and it bothers me that some people aren't OK with it. Chicken's not drawing anything immoral and she's not disrespecting the characters at all. I don't understand why some people are like, "Ewww, why would you do that to my waifu?" I mean if she were drawing Lolicon or something like that I would understand, but otherwise I'm just like "Dude, you're not a monk so chill."

Keep it up Chicken, don't let anyone discourage you from drawing what you want.

On topic: Chicken, I've always admired your artwork, even if I've never said anything about it. The way in which you shade things is so fine, and yet so abstract; it blows my mind, I wish I knew how you did it. And I adore the way you do facial expressions. I just always have nothing to say; someone with as little a grasp on the finer points of art as myself just doesn't have that many pointers. You keep drawing, and I'll keep admiring...even if I have to do so while no one else is watching. >_> <_<
