Right: Mumm-Ra THEEEE EVEEERRRRLIVINNNNGGG!(Thundercats) Now I'm pretty sure Mike would like this. He's said the transformation speech at least three different times on stream. I went more with the rankin-bass version than the 2011 version, but there's bits of both in there.

i know i promised umbrella's cleaned color map today but it was my mom's birthday today and we went to a casino and things got a bit crazy. so i will make sure she's here tomorrow for sure. salty girl just has to wait until i'm sober. i mean what?

More than likely a coincidence, but I wouldn't doubt it if Brian randomly checked the thread and colors got stuck in his head.

Anyway, more Mega Man palettes. I'm beginning to think that's what I'm known for around here. Like, people would just have a heart attack and die if I ever made a palette that wasn't a Mega Man palette.

Not much to say about this one. Picking out the colors was fun; I just hope it looks good to all the Annie experts. The sword is based off of Star Crash as it appears in his official artwork, and Sagan is based off of his Battle Network counterpart, StarMan.EXE.
Who's the green one, then? Are you sure you don't just have a thing for replacing yellow with green?
Yeah, I'd be surprised if anyone recognized that. In the incredibly obscure Mega Man game for the Game Gear, Star-Man's mugshot had a green palette instead of an orangy-yellow one, even though his in-game sprites had the same coloration as the NES one. I always thought this a puzzling thing, myself, and like the Ruby Spears Pharaoh-Man, I decided to give it a spin. Her Sagan is based on a large Star Wars-esque enemy that appears several times throughout Star-Man's stage known as a Dachone. So that was fun.
Star-Man palettes taken from official artwork, MM&B data card, and StarMan.EXE's official artwork. Green Star-Man palettes taken from Game Gear mugshot and Dachone's Game Gear sprite.

@Noob colormaps: Like I just said, I prefer using palettes that are actually shaded in, because they give a better representation of what that palette would actually look like in-game. Others might find them useful, but I, myself, given the option between either, will always choose a shaded colormap.
