There are plenty of free programs out there that are 100x better than Microsoft Paint.
Paint Tool Sai and Gimp to name a couple.

Awesome palettes, especially like the New Destroymen (I'm biased- they're my favorite assassin and I love 'Kill U 2wice' with a passion.

I haven't actually played any No More Heroes games, but I know that Jasper is the most hated character in the series. I personally am indifferent to him.
And Destroyman/men are my favorite assassin too.

Happens to me all the time. Every so often I (at least every other time I visit the site) I have to click on the 'Watched Threads' option to see if I haven't been notified of something. I don't know, but it all works out.
