It's based on the final part of ARR Base, it's where you fight Ultima Weapon, after you beat it once, it casts Ultima and the place is engulfed in flames, hence the stage change.

I mean he literally has the voice of Johnny Test. If that doesn't grant him a spot on Chaos, I don't know what does.
 
I would wait a little. I only saw the comment section of an IGN video because the comments told me how terrible the reviewer was as expected. Many people said they liked it, but I'm waiting for someone I know better or is more trustworthy to make some comments on it.
 
It's got an 84 on Metacritic. Personally, I probably won't get it. I really like the boy band quartet, especially after watching Brotherhood, but the battle system really bores me.
 
22 hours in and the side quests are somewhat simple. The mob hunts are challenging and fun.
The battle system is hit and miss, but once you get the parry mechanic down they will start to fear you.
I like the fishing mini game, it's more indepth than Yakuza's fishing when you take in the line durability and lure types.

I'm having a blast just exploring and taking a break from the main story.

I'm told the combat in xv feels lame and the story is a mess as usual.

I expected and ohoped for that FFXIII complete bundle and FFI-IX bundle, but apparently this is just the start, might get more later
 
I need to get back into this game, but have no one to play it with that I can talk to outside of text chat. Makes it hard sometimes to push through the early game D:
 
I'm so hype for samurai. It was my favorite class to play in FF Explorers and I have a feeling the class will fit right in with the combat system.
