EVENT THREAD IS HERE​

Okay, so, there are two options for rooming at Summer Jam:

1. The Clarion Hotel & Conference Center. This is the venue itself. Call the reservations department for the Clarion Hotel at 610-521-9600 and mention the code “NEC Summer Jam 9″ for the discounted rate! According to Big E's post on the Facebook page, the room rates for Summer Jam are: Single $99, Double $109, Triple $119, Quad $129

It's damn convenient to stay at the venue. Also, it is prime real estate for hosting a salty suite. Behavior at NEC was best described as S A V A G E and I don't remember us receiving a single complaint from the staff. There are many people who report downsides to the Clarion, including cold showers all weekend and some mattresses that... need attending to.

2. The Comfort Inn across the street.

Walking distance away is the poverty boys secret. Hot showers, nicer bedding, continental breakfast, and close enough to the Philly diner and a Denny's that you could probably hit them with a baseball. The downside, other than having to hike to the venue, is that the staff is far less patient with us acting like the goddamn Lost Boys.

how are other NE crew getting there? I was gonna megabus out of Boston but if there's a carpool I'm in there

If you can make it as far as Natick I can give you a ride the rest of the way.
 
Willing to be CC for a room, but not sure where I want to stay.

While I do enjoy hype, I'm also a pretty big fan of food and running water.
 
I got confirmation from the friend I'm sharing a room with (he doesn't have an account here) that he's fine with sharing a room with two others.
That being said, he asks that its someone trustworthy, so please only people we met with during Winter Brawl. ((I was the tall white dude and he was the guy who was like half my height))

weird, I never got the Alert that I was tagged @joshb911 - anyway yeah I'm 84% confirmed going, I don't care who I room with just be warned that I snore loud and proud. Also would def prefer to room at the Comfort Inn across the street
 
Put in Waifu, Tommer, and me into one of the NE rooms we will stay at comfort inn

I can probably set up a room if anyone needs a room. Probably Comfort Inn, still don't know yet.
 
how much do i need and i'll stay with anyone im never asleep. i'll prolly be up the entire time. make some space. pretty please?

I'm not sure off the top of my head, but I think I requested off to head down a day earlier, so Thurs through Sun.

I forgot to bring this up, but what days are you guys staying? When I do it, I usually check in Thurs and check out Mon.
 
Sadly, due to work schedules, only Friday through Sunday.
If you need to extend a day I'll see if I can arrange something
