I think TUBA is more of a Fist of the North Star thing. I also play Band, you're not gonna give me someone like him and expect me to ignore him.
 
I too like to ignore the 7 foot tall 5000 pound man in the room.

The best part is neither one of them can hug her because she's poisonous vein lady. Big Band also has the problem of no arms.

Eliza looks amazing to me so far. I can't wait to be able to play her.

I am preeeetty confident that the sphinx is one mythical beast you really don't need to explain to anyone :P

Full disclosure, I also think the sphinx is one of Eliza's weaker normals (though the nose burst is pretty funny).
The majority of her attacks are these really neat egyptian motifs you don't normally see anywhere. The sphinx is a little on the nose. :PUN:

What do we think her story will revolve around? Someone mentioned her getting revenge on the Medics. That'd be cool.
 
I like to think she was a person that was able to rig the skullheart wishing system. like she tricked people into making wishes on the skullheart for her and when they turned into the skullgirl and go berserk, she would defeat them and drink all that one of a kind delicous skullgirl blood :d

That's what I imagine, since they're basically bulling a dragon to put it in tv trope terms.

Eliza is probably not a Skullgirl slayer. Nothing really in it for her, ya know? She doesn't need wishes, she's immortal as long as she's got a constant supply of blood.

Oh ya by the way I forget is Eliza just blood? If she's just blood how does she put color into everything on her body? shouldn't it all be red?

I'm errr, not really seeing a connection between Eliza and Painwheel. At all.
 
I won't lie
I like a lot of Liz's stuff individually
but I don't think I'm liking the sum of her parts
she just seems more like a mess of references than her own character most of the time.
I mean her personality comes out with some of them, but that personality isn't feeling consistent to me
sometimes she's domineering, sometimes she's sassy, sometimes she's cute, sometimes she's chill

nothing about Liz feels consistent to me aside from blood and egypt and that doesn't feel like enough to make her notable to me

Well she is two people? Kinda sorta?
I just chalk it up to her being able to put up an act, not really taking the fight as seriously as she could?

she's a celebrity. celebrities aren't known for being consistent at least the ones I know aren't

I do imagine Horus and Albus got the jobs like the duty passed down through the generations kinda thing though. can't really see them getting the job outta the help wanted pages

Probably about the same. Just in older generation clothes.
 
You know who else has various characteristics that don't clash too much like the ones you said?
Human beings.
(We already have a cold dominant serious queen though, it's Parasoul.)
I know we're used to see character archetypes in medias, but come on. A character with multiple traits doesn't hurt anyone. We're all characters with multiple traits. Anime isn't real
