The Palettes of Skullgirls

That's what I thought too. Maybe its Tron. Whatever it is, it's looks sharp and will go well with Eliza's blood color.

07. Sarah N. Dippity (Atrox-C's character)
18. Bass (Mega Man 7)
20. Virtual Boy red?
21. Maria from Metropolis or C-3PO from Star Wars?
22. ??? (probably a placeholder/WIP)

Surely #22 is just saving a space for the inevitable R. Dorothy Wayneright (The Big O) color, right? ;)

Yeah but what's #23 tho?
It looks familiar but I just can't put my finger on it.

Could 21 be Golden Freddy from FNAF? Idk... probably a long shot but a lot of her references are robots...

BTW #7 is the best... not biased or anything. -coughs-

Most likely not.
Golden Freddy is not nearly so reflective and he has black and silver joints and a bowtie.
If it was, the color probably wouldn't be so evenly gold.

I like to consider #21 a Dwarven Sphere from the Elder Scroll series.
Gold? Check. Robot? Check. Fighting? Check. Projectiles? Check.

That said, there's been enough all-gold robots in fiction that without solid confirmation, our wild guesses are no less blind than the discussion this thread has seen on the "all white with black elements and blue eyes" #10 Robo palette a bit back.

What's #22? what robot has pink, green and blue as main color schemes?

So... this gold palette, maybe it's just a generic Gold robot? It's not like there's any shortage of gold robots. Maybe it's like her white palette that looked like so many different possible white robots? Unless that one got confirmed as a specific white robot, in which case never mind.

Robo 22 HAS to be a misguided backer colour, surely.

At least I have a palette for those times when you feel like making a hideous looking team.

I was looking forward to the possibility of there being a Gunbuster palette since she does Buster Beam, but the Bass palette is probably too similar for the two to coexist now.

... I'm starting to get nervous that Marina Liteyears got dropped... only a couple more colors left...
Me, too. I've been constantly saying to myself that I hope she keeps the Marina Liteyears palette.

I too have concerns for the Marina color, was totally gonna use that when I played robo. Gotta love Marina ^^

so I like a color? I guess that's facepalm worthy, I am dense so I cant really tell why....^^;

I think what he means is that the Marina palette isn't going to make it in. :(

#22 has been updated

Dropping some blues and purples, it has gained a more appealing, unified look. The rosy pinks, creamy yellows, and shades of lime and green give it a floral, or perhaps a fruity tropical Skittles feel. According to last Friday's Salty!, it is an IndieGoGo backer's choice.

Also at Salty!, #18 was confirmed to be Bass, while the others were left unspecified.

In other palette news, I went to update the wikia for Squigly #5 and Beowulf #19, but could not get past the email confirmation stage (none ever sent). I wanted to cite proof, so I remembered last week I saw a tweet from someone asking if Squigly #5 was Himari Takakura from Mawaru Penguindrum, but I can't recall who from Lab Zero confirmed it was true. The crazy part is I looked through EU03, Persona, Render, and everyone else's twitters and I can't find the tweet. I feel insane looking for a tweet that has vanished.

It's like buying wine...

According to the palette file, Squigly #5 is "POTC" (and before was "gold", which makes sense).

I really like both versions of Robo's 22 palette.I don't know why,but I love the colors in that palette.

Pretty sure you're looking for this:

I (finally) got all of Beowulf's palettes and the new patch palettes nicely formatted and up on the SRK wiki!

@Rachel Phoenix to proofread because you're really good at that! How'd you get so good at that?

@Mr. X to tell me if you want me to flood your email inbox with .rars

And I was think Robo 7 was suppose to be that one Sonic character.

@Pizzarino do it

Also some PW colors on SRK wiki need to be looked into
#21 - Overlord Rozalin (Disgaea 2)
#22 - Spiderman
#24 - "Nemo" (backer color) - source: sg wiki

Also the front page "select screen" graphic should probably get updated too.

edit: checked some info.

06. Vectorman
13. Robo-Ky (Guilty Gear)
23. ???
25. Spiral (Marvel vs. Capcom 2 and X-Men: Children of the Atom)

Three were confirmed on Salty! and I can't quite place #23. Any guesses? Is it original? Did Cellsai buy another purple palette? (see Eliza #22)
