Street Fighter V

Well If I had to apply my weak imagination to that pic...

The second character looks like he is in boxing pose, but more in Dudley style than Balrog's.

The first I though at first was Alex cause he looks like he has a bandana but the hair has some weird shapes on it.

6th looks like he's in a sumo pose. :P E.Honda? Though Hugo sometimes did similar ones + he has those creepy eyes like Hugo did.

First character could be Alex, hard to tell from the style. What stage is the 4th character in?

Also, having seen the 'sim trailer, he actually looks awesome.

Actually Guile did cross my mind, but I rejected him because of the lack of hair, not noticing it has been conveniently cut-off.

Too conveniently...
 
I believe the first is alex.

The second one, to me is Guile, since it has his stance (or somethinv very similar) and it also it seems that it has guile's spiky hair.

The 5th one, i'm thinking Remy, but it is using that kind of hat that cammy and the delta red people use, so i don't know.
 
Yeah the 5th really looks Cammy-like. It also seems like the character might have it's back turned to us.
 
Did anyone find a use for Necali's non-Ex charge special? No invuln, unsafe as far as I could tell, required a charge, huge start-up. I was able to combo into the light version, but outside of that, I couldn't do anything with it.

Same with his V-Skill. From fullscreen, it had some use against fireball throwers, but the recovery was so abysmal that I wouldn't dare use it anywhere but long range.

The 5th one has the proportions of a male, Shoulders and Torso area way larger than hips area. It is most likely that we are seeing someone from the back.
 
Of course don't forget that any of those characters might be simply a newcommer.
 
I'm thinking #1 is Urien and #4 is Dudley smelling a rose

I still believe that the 5th one is a male, so to me is not juri. It has the torso + hips of a skinny or not so muscular male, normally females (and all females of SF), have large hips. So i still bet on Remy, for some reason.

The first one i say it is alex, because it looks like hair to me, not a fist.

Second i believe is guile.

I don't have opinions on the rest

i could see that mark passing for #IlluminatiConfirmed also

I'm thinking the 3rd one is Urien in the Illuminati garb.
I'm hearing a lot of people say the 4th one is Juri, and I can kinda see that. Looks like she'll have a new design.

I'm going to be honest, regardless of what I see or not in those pictures I would be shocked if Juri isn't in the first year.

the choice that really stumps me is Ibuki
especially when there's Third Strikers that weren't in SF4 that really need a return atm

Ono and Harada have both said people asking for him need to fuck off in respects to SFxT and TxSF. It would be cool to see him again, especially since I think he could be interesting outside 3S but I wouldn't recommend even thinking it was coming.

Ibuki is well liked, isn't she? I don't pay attention much, I know there are idiots who think she won't work without hard knockdowns, but that's about it.

He also only did that the one year at SBO with Hayao and still didn't win, he's one of the 3s gods for sure and definitely the multi character god but he can't play Q at the highest level anymore. He has to play Oro/Ken/Akuma etc
 
Ibuki is well liked in general since she got 14th in English poll and 11th in the Japanese poll. This was after her being in a recent game already when poll happened [SSFIV] so it's not that they picked her because she was gone for awhile.
 
I was mostly making a joke. She's a ninja-girl. She's always going to be popular no matter how she plays.

I was just commenting that, to quote Gootecks about half the cast, "she doesn't play real Street Fighter". It would actually be cool to see how they implement vortex character like her and Akuma without actually having hard knockdowns. Ibuki didn't take a massive hit in USFIV with delayed wake-up, so I'm sure she'll be fine.
 
She wasn't a vortex character in SF3 or SFxT, so i'd imagine it wouldn't be that hard since they've done it before. None of the characters that were in 4 really play like that at all in 5 since its so different.
 
Speaking of different styles from IV... Dhalsim looks pretty freaking different. Actually, he looks super interesting. I'm really digging the direction they took him.
 
Yeah Sim is definitely on his ST/CVS2/Alpha flow, with some wilding Marvel 2 stuff going on too maybe.

Really can't wait to see rushdown/offensive Sim again.
