because rule 1 when fighting Josuke: don't mess with his (hot) mom.

and he combined a piece opf paper with his body, so he made him into a book with all the paper he had on him.
 
Technically, I also used the words "final fight"

Not every JoJo part ends with the JoJo getting to fight.
 
Ya know what disappoints me most about the Pucci Reset? We never get to see or hear anything on Josuke's future. Nothing on a family, or what happens to his friends, etc. etc. Like other arcs (Part 5 is debatable as that kinda ended itself).

Okuyasu grew up to be a cop

Koichi and Yukako got married and Koichi became like a teacher or something

Rohan traveled overseas.
