Lab Zero games has recently put out a statement that Indivisible will be featuring playable cameo characters from other select games.

When Indivisible is released, you will be able to find and play as characters like Annie of the Stars (Skullgirls), Calibretto (Battle Chasers), The Drifter (Hyper Light Drifter), Juan (Guacamelee), Lea (Curses 'n' Chaos), Shovel Knight (Shovel Knight), and Zackasaurus (Super Time Force Ultra).

On the other hand, these characters will only be playable in Indivisible if its funding is successful, meaning that if you want Annie: Girl of the Stars to be playable in her first Lab Zero game, you'll need to fill the Indiegogo's Iddhi meter in order to make the magic happen.

If you are hesitating to back Indivisible because you have been unable to try out the prototype on your computer, have no fear. As of today, Tuesday November 3rd, you can play the prototype on the PS4.

This banner is actually in the news section. This is almost as good as the announcement of the characters themselves lol. Ravi and the team really outdid themselves this time. I've seen some shit in the last three years of following them, but this group cameo announcement is beyond a Hail Mary pass and the game will be better because of it.

So is Annie one of her incarnations somehow despite being immortal, or is she treated like a separate character? Will any of this be explained or was this just to shut someone up finally?

Details not set in stone, but the team is currently just throwing around "a rift opens in Ajna's Inner Realm and a bunch of Guest Incarnations pop out."
 
That's the classic guest character story in fighting games that are set in different time periods such as Soul Calibur, so I approve.

Hell, Akuma literally kicked his way into Asura's Wrath. And then kicked Ryu out of it. I'm sure whatever Lab Zero comes up with will be fine.

I mean I've heard a ton about Guacamelee and everyone knows about Shovel Knight. Who's the rest? Was getting other characters hard? ((I honestly want to play as Bad Time Tim though....))
 
Lab Zero couldn't give us Annie in Skullgirls...
...And they give her to us in Indivisible.

This is our chance to finally play as Annie! We need to fund this game!

It's so cool to have Annie as a guest character. I guess that leaves Umbrella as the only salt girl now.

It's gonna be a crazy story for Annie. Lost the roster vote twice but she gets a third chance in a colorful RPG.
 
Zackasaurus is pretty hype too! Although I would have preferred Jef Leppard...
