Just quickly ran through the art gallery, don't have a favorite yet as my mind is still trying to process the greatness I just saw. I mean, some of the guest artists, just...wow, there are some pretty big names on there. I do predict though that a certain Parasoul bunny picture will likely become a desktop favorite.

If you rock through arcade mode, you can see a lot of interesting concept art and their model sheets!
 
I'm shocked. It had Annie art I hadn't seen yet. That's weird because I keep close tabs on everything related to The Girl of the Stars.

You mean guest art? Yeah, it had a few pieces I hadn't seen with Squigly either.

Beowulf wearing a bunny outfit with heels while bunny outfit Cerebella used Vice-Versa hands to slap his ass almost made me choke my drink. Some of these are gold and neat to see the different artists wit varied respective art-styles.

Not surprised that I see a respectable amount of Annie present in art too despite not being playable. Favorite one was the one with the Lab 8 crew that had a nice face shot of Leduc.

The only thing you have to beat Marie 300% for, is the Marie 300% cutscenes/art.

(and technically, those are in Squigly's section)

Side note, I was going to ask if the picture WaterMystic277 posted was by emlan. Took me a bit to notice the piece is signed. My ever diligent hawk eyes! -_-"
Also, while the Robo-Fortune boom box was immediately noticeable, also took a bit to notice the Big Band kettle and ankh on the dessert tray. I assume there's a Beowulf reference in there as well but still haven't pinpointed it (it's likely in the books).

I'm going to play arcade mode next time to see if it'll unlock any more pictures (I really wanted to see the concept art and model sheets)...

-Beat the game with all characters available <unlocks story art>
-Beat Arcade with all characters available <unlocks concept art>
-(not sure about this one) Been to certain stages with corresponding character <stage art>

Still trying other things out as well as trying to beat Marie on Nightmare Mode and 300% (damn chip damage >w<)

This should help you pull your hair out less(I hope);

Confirming that the condition to unlock most of Marie's artwork is bugged. It's usually pretty easy, but since it isn't working, right now the only way to see it is to beat Marie 300%.

There should be a fix for it going in next patch(not the one that went in this morning).

hrmm. well back to square one.

they should at least open it up to all the characters. BB's Highlander mode has got that part right.

also what's the conditions to unlock the Big Band art then? or is that Marie exclusive too?

That is part of something I'd like to do in the future regarding characters and cutscene events/fights, yeah.

Big Band's section isn't linked to Marie 300%(outside of getting unlocked for free if you beat her). I've heard other people are having trouble getting Big Band unlocked, so I'm looking into that right now.
 
Just beat Marie 300% like a real man, duh.

OK, so...

The unlock number Viro is at (442/578) is currently the maximum number of entries you can unlock without beating Marie 300%. This is a bug. I've put in the fix for this, so it'll be corrected by next patch.

Normally, you should be able to unlock up to 574/578 without beating Marie 300%.
If you are at 442/578 right now, you technically should have the above number, and you will after the fix goes live.

Sorry for the trouble!
