I've had my first experience in... 10 years (I think?) with a fightstick.
I saw an arcade near the hotel I was staying this week. Got 3 coins and searched for fighting games there.
I found a MvC one, but it was broken, so I had to play the only other fighting game that was there. Tekken Tag Tournament 1.
Man, it is ~weird~ to play standing up. Maybe I simply sucked, but sometimes I felt that I was pressing down and my character did standing moves (in case was Hwoarang, and I wanted to do c.4 > 4, that is a launcher, and I can chain into 3>3>3>3. Beginner bnb). Maybe it's because I am too tall and was weird to hold the joystick right, but I felt comfortable with the buttons.
I plan on buying one, but the shipping taxes to Brazil are heavy.
Also, I've played a short set with noaa yesterday before going to sleep. FT5, 5-4 to noaa. Was nice. I feel like this break was good to my game.
My assist calls are still shitty, but TK bypass is decent to punish assists, so yeah.
My neutral as valentine is basically "I'm putting this huge hitbox on the screen, I hope you don't mind and get hit by it so I can confirm with air bypass".
My other two other babes are ok, I think.
Now I have to focus on execution. I've been missing inputs frequently.
