Yeah, I secretly hoped for both version to be available.

Also funny how ARC had to make up a new character so there'll be more than one female in the roster. Either that or Zangya.

if i remember correctly Rogue only stole life and when she did her kiss super she would get a buff, in speed, attack, life, armor, and defense depending on who she drains.

Nah i feel like Majin 21 is actually this game's version of SF4's Seth. only she steals the moves in game and requires that kind of setup to get it in place.

That's how it worked in MvC2, sure... but in XMvSF, it actually gave Rogue a specific special from the most recent (IIRC) enemy as a 236K attack. Ryu's Hadoken, Zangief's SPD, Mag's Hyper Grav, etc etc.

Awwwwwwwww crap, major soft spot for characters that make sexy gesugao faces like that all the time. So psychotic. Much hot. And the black/red energy is just too cool looking.



They should have made this a 7v7 fighter, that way I would have room for all of the characters I actually like.

Holy shit I always wanted a "steal yo moves" character in a fighting game.

X-Men vs, Street Fighter, Rogue would steal an input & Super from her opponent she kissed for the rest of the fight.

Man, everyone called 21 being playable, but how many guessed she would look like a Majin in the process?
 
Btw, who's going to use the 3v3 "party" mode? You know, the one where each char's controlled by a single player (so 6 players)? I know I totally will play it XD

A while ago there was a quick shot of someone who seemed to have 21's hair and Buu's pants.

She looks awesome, but I typically don't play villains. There's a good number of characters I like already so it'd take a lot for her to be an exception.
 
Now that I think about it she's basically Kirby except hotter.

Kinda let down by Super 21 being another Majin instead of a more original idea, but the tail helps

Are her stolen moves an actual power stealing mechanic, or does she just happen to have moves from other characters as her gimmick ala Double?

I think I read that she steals moves upon connecting with a "Hunger" move.
So, she's more Rogue than Double.

She's got the Tail of Frieza
The Copying abilities of Cell
and the general look/Candy Beam of Majin Buu.
That makes a lot of sense.
 
Copy power was Super Buu's thing, Cell was just built with data from the Z-fighters.
 

interesting, not against mecha frieza but still cool. I hope this means we still get Trunk's Spirit Buster Sword finisher vs goku black.
 
Does the beta work on the Xbone now?
 
I'm going to assume they tried to get the servers working properly for it since they only announced that 10 minutes before the beta restart, but Bamco didn't fess up to it or apologize for the delayed information.
 
Maybe the offline trail mode is their way of apologizing to Xbone players?
