Project [Fan Made] Custom Palettes : (Requests Open)

I was trying to edit the first B/W/R palette up there to please IsaVulpes WHAT A FOOL I AM I can't please him. I liked this edit though. I have 6 others or w/e but I won't post them. This was notably attractive IMO though.

I can't even recall someone else who puts so much effort into their palettes, and pulls it off perfectly. Oh and some other mentions of amazing palette makers would be Cherrygal13, Zazz, Zidiane, and that one guy that did those palettes that time... I'm bad with names... (And of COURSE Rakurin)

Alright guys quick question: Is there ANY way to make life easier with JPG images? I mean I have no problem recoloring by hand but is there an easier way to do this? I want to make color maps for a few characters and just wanted some feedback. If not, down the LOOONG road of image recovery

If you don't mind me saying, I think the old one is nice too, but if you don't, then that's okay.
