Filia - Tomoko Kuroki from Watamote because of course.

Big Band - Russel Hobbs from Gorillaz - note that he often wears a red Fez, in case you need a colour for the hat.

As long as her dress is as see through as it can get (preferably her legs too, but I don't know if that's possible) this palette would be awesome. Looks a little too much like Crona from Soul Eater (I think Crona fits beter than Danny, but Danny is cool too).

Speaking of MK, my failed guess would be that second palette in the second row is Sub-Zero.

I mean....errr. Would be a nice idea but Fortune just got a palette with red and white as predominant colors.
But given her hairstyle and outfit, a DMC Lady palette could suit Nadia well.
