top left: some sort of mysterious- ok its just fukua.
top right: original idea i had for some kind of samson powered up version of filia. like he's covering her whole body that's why you can't see any skin.
bottom left: Xrd Millia
bottom right: i had a thought about a sort of robo-filia. but that just sorta turned into this.

I took a fair number of liberties in the design, including changing the color of the propeller (To be fair, his original NES sprite did make the propeller green), "removing" the veins by coloring them like her skin, and cutting off shades here and there in general that I considered superfluous.
Palettes taken from Gyro-Man's art (Pictured, for most), his Mega Man and Bass CD data (For the blade), and his Mega Man: The Power Fighters sprite (For the skin behind the mask). Again, a super-duper special thanks to Zazz for the colormap, and please let me know what you think.

back when I watched "The Salty Bet", I always marveled at some of the more interesting and hilarious characters modified out of existing ones. Usually they'd show up with a signature color scheme that was totally crazy and bizarre. So for Fukua, here's two references:

Left: Uppercut (Ryu recolor that flips through tons of sprites)
Right: Trouble Man (generally strange Iori recolor)

And I've gotten some requests to post more color maps. I think I'll do that later today.

Hello. I am Lolitafreak88. While I do not currently own Skullgirls I am a very big fan of the game and have watched many videos of Skullgirls battles and have studied the game. So I remembered how Lab Zero updated new colors 'Backer Colors' for the characters. So I had these ideas of my own possible color palette ideas that Skullgirls could use if you want to. These are just ideas and I thought that 'Feature Requests' sounded like the forum where I can publish such palette suggestions. These are just my ideas so you don't have to go along with them but please let me know what you think. I even discussed these ideas with my friends first before submitting and they liked them. I'll admit that with Shen's species and his love/talent for firearms and explosives, there's a pretty interesting link between him and Peacock, one I never noticed before. Only problem with the suggestion is that it would be too similar to a palette that's already in the game. That being said, I'll think of palette #4 as the Lord Shen palette from now on.

From all the Eliza palette's I've seen I'm a little disappointed none of them have taken advantage of the fact there are technically TWO characters(ish?) meaning there is potential for some interesting palettes.

With this in mind I jumped at the opportunity.

True. I suppose that Lord Shen would be a bit greyer though in color scheme. But I'm glad I inspired you to think of it as Lord Shen ^_^.

So uh... been gone a WHILE now. Looks like people are still going strong with palettes and that's freaking awesome. Keep up the great work everyone and I'll try to get back into making palettes if school doesn't stay too hectic. :D
 
If there is any request open for Squigly still i only have one idea that I think will kinda suit her since she is a singer. With Double be Squigly's enemy in her story mode and one of double's color palettes is a pokemon which is Ditto I had an idea that Squigly should have this color palette I made http://piggybank.hatenablog.com/entry/2014/04/03/114803

Speaking of Double, the other day Zack Snyder Completely Misses the Point of Watchmen was on tv and got me wondering if Double couldn't get a Rorschach test-esque palette by applying the "Double Rainbow" principle? I doubt they could get the symmetrical patterns but the moving black on a white surface might look neat...
