Indivisible: Lab Zero's Action-RPG! (General Discussion)

Pics? I need ideas. I've been contemplating covering every square inch with super-ironic grade school educational posters.

because i really do forget what a teaspoon is sometimes actually.

Uh, some of the more tasteful things on my wall are:

latest

And then you can photoshop in whatever useful text you want. For instance, you could 'shop in water conversions into this nice concept art of Thorani:

[Edit] Or this nice fanart I found:

White text with a black border is legible on most backgrounds, so you can go Photoshop crazy.

I was hoping for pics....buuuuuut ok.

Also, I don't have Photoshop OR a screen printer... Can i see the less tasteful things on your wall? I sorta deride the very idea of "tastefulness" when used as a blatant excuse for prudery.
Sorry, was trying to stay SFW for the thread. Point is, you can buy posters like this. Or this. Or this. Or you can get a custom poster with your own uploaded design, such as here from Staples. And I think Adobe still gives away Photoshop CS2 for free. There's also GIMP.

As for my original point, there's certainly a place for juicy fanservice in the comfort of your own home. I'm honestly more nervous about displaying anime stuff than pin-ups, but that's because my family is weird.

What is this icky real girl normieshit? C'mon man, your parents aren't lurkin this board, link me the good stuff you got on yo wall ;3 ;3 ;3

As for the Staples thing, I have as Office Depot just down the road. I really hope I can order online and pick it up in person, the lewder it is the more glorious it will be.

Feels like it was just yesterday...that reminds me. The planned release date of January 2018 was made before they had the extension right? I'm not expecting it to be finished on time because of it.

Any time a developer gives you a release window that's 2+ years away, it's a rough estimate anyway.

I always assumed that was a placeholder.

yup.

hey. It's okay if you guys don't make the game in exactly 2 years. i'm more than fine waiting for the game cause i know you're going to put the time and effort into polishing the game in a wonderful shine.

like... i love you guys and there is nothing in this world that could change that.

A rush game game is forever bad but a finished game is always great.

except if is its excessive delays, and I mean excessive (games that take 12 years like half life 3 and duke nukem prove that they weren't even working on it.)

I agree. While ~2 years out is a good goal idea, I personally wouldn't mind if it slipped to like, "summer" 2018 or som'in. The game has promise and the amount of work that is going into this will need to be looked at all angles to hopefully be up to LZ's standards in quality. Either way, good luck!

*still holding out for ps4 dash theme info*

Yeah, I expect "mild to moderate delays with a chance of computer crash." Hopefully the campaign was successful enough to give Lab Zero a few months' buffer, and hopefully the continued SG work (mobile, physical release, server patch hype) will further their lifeblood. Unfortunately, the campaign stressed how expensive game development can be 'cause of skilled labor costs for an entire workforce. And then there's the post-release crossover DLC. Dang it, there I go worrying about other people's finances again...

Or Mighty No. 9?

Aren't we getting news today?

Well, they said they had something special for the anniversary, so here it is.

Apparently BackerKit e-mails have a few kinks left to fix though, but Peter said they're trying to have those ready this week.

So where were you when a great game got funded? Good times.

I'm guessing they wanted to release anniversary news at the same time as BackerKit, which they're still ironing out. Hopefully soon!

It's exactly what I thought it would be.
And exactly what I didn't want. Oh well, still going to hope for the best.
Congrats on one year. Can't wait to see what's coming.

I don't know Trigger and their works. Only thing I know of is "Kill la Kill" or what ever it's called from the article and even that I don't know much of...

Ah, there's the trigger. They wouldn't give it to an ordinary citizen...

Yep, I guessed that one. If anything their animation is of exceptionaly high quality among most.

okay so...

Studio Trigger is like one of the best Animation Studios around in Japan. Their openings alone for anime are a wonder, and they specialize in action sequences with fights that flow between extreme camera angles and sometimes with a very heavy sketch outline.

Oh cool I had a feeling was trigger.

Congrats guys!

So happy you guys got Trigger. I love this anime studio.

This game looks great. Really hope it does well, so that maybe it can magically grace the PSVita with its presence.

PSVita version of Indivisible looks to be very unlikely. The Vita can barely run SG and it's animations. So Indivisible a game that is much larger in size will most likely have a super hard time running on the vita, even at 30fps.
