I would say that Steam punk girl looks more like Gaige from borderlands 2 what with potentially similar hairstyles, both having goggles on their head and them both having a single robotic arm although one is more exaggerated than others.
 
I'm curious about the girl in front of Phoebe. I can't really imagine what kind of thing she'll do.

I don't think Lab Zero would do that... -shrugs- We already got something similar with Beowulf. They don't strike me as people that would reuse the same concepts if they had new options.

I have a sneaking suspicion a few moves will get in- Mike Z mentioned ideas for grappling, so I wouldn't be surprised if someone gets a Pot Buster.
Bonus points if it actually busts a pot. Oh, maybe you could have the party juggle enemies into the pot, which then gets thrown up in the air and smashed by the character's knee!

I am absolutely impressed with all the character designs. I know to expect quality from L0, but I'm just absolutely hyped at how freakin' unique and diverse all these characters are. (Who is that cutie with the freckles..must...know <3 and dude, the French swordsman behind steampunk girl looks rather dapper!)

Hurr durr. Anyways, why would they have trains, right? Hahahaha, it's not like they have this military kingdom with advanced technlogy trying to conquer the world... oh. No, seriously, I'm so glad someone managed to take a screenshot of steampunk girl, I could only notice her gauntlet, but I was too slow to pause the video on time.
 
I still say that they should enforce some kinda lawyer-y stuff to let us say cool stuff without having it being knocked out of the final game.. it's so early into development, and it's going to be hard as fuck to stop people from saying what they'd like without totally boning the rest... It's gonna happen... as it has been proven several times over already..

Never forget Juju, right? I mean, that guy was a huge douchebag. I mean, he should have felt honored that his idea (because it was just that, an idea that Alex Ahad fleshed out) was being considered to be part of the Skullgirls lore. If Lab Zero approached me saying "hey friend, we liked your idea, would you like us to buy it?" I'd have screamed, then told them they could use it for free. Yeah, I admire them that much.

EDIT: HOLD ON, scottish samurai doesn't seem to use swords? Are those golf clubs?

Oh my God, those are golf clubs! Putting katana handles on not-katana things should become Alex's trademark. It's just SO BADASS!!!!!
