Nice, that was the question I asked on reddit.
- Razmi's snarky personnality was a surprise after initially thinking she was a dour shaman. Were the personnalities chosen before or after the Incarnations were created ? - at their inception a lot of the characters have a general « core » that the team have in mind, but as developping and story goes, it gets fleshed out. Some of the characters tend to evolve slighty or fill a role that they're great to fill. So we're never too attached to having a character act a specific way from their inception ? They kind of evolve in a natural way, some characters stay the same. One example that comes to mind is Baozhai and Thorani, who kinda serve as the demon and angel on Ajna's shoulders to guide her.
I'm fine with this as long as you don't shoehorn and don't make characters' personalities as thick as paper.
Make it super annoying, like the extremely flamboyant gay dude that is totally not even a representation of the gay community. Usually the biggest sinner of the group.

Erm, I actually like the skin-tight bike shorts/spats made out of the mysterious material known only as "anime spandex" which never seems to chafe, get too hot and has a latex-like sheen and thickness to it. Not really only for the sexual appeal, it just looks like it won't get caught on stuff while she's axe-clinging herself up a sheer cliff face.
The only question is of how you even get synthetic fiber pants living in the middle of a practically bare-assed, backwater village in the middle of a forest in a world where the most advanced tech is about late 1800s-era.
Magic plants make magic pants!
Lots of interesting info in this one. No big exp bumps for bosses might help keep the team from having to artificially spike difficulty after major battles like in most rpgs.A little interview of Earl : https://wccftech.com/indivisible-interview-e3-2018/
