sad note Cyborg looks to have the same style he used to have from the first game. Which is kinda bad cause Blue Beetle already filled in that spot for the Box/Triangle jump style.

I noticed that too, it's filling me with dread because his zipping around style didn't feel like Cyborg at all, not to mention insanely hard to pinpoint properly
 
Anyone else get a spinal feeling with those floating ankhs?
 
someone was suggesting he should have Lex's trap/setup style, where Cy would have different uses of missiles or like mines ontop of his classic Arm Cannon.

I'm still not too big on them excluding Lex from this game.

He was complacent in the killing of at least 200-ish lanterns, including Ganthet (A Guardian) and Mogo the Living Planet

On the WB Forums they confirmed there will be microtransactions
Now before you take out your torch and pitchforks...
They're called "Source Crystals", and are used to purchase cosmetic items only, including Shaders, Premier skins, as well as options to transform your gear to look like anything else, they won't be used to purchase any gear or things that count as "pay to win", cosmetic items only.
Also, not only that but it appears you CAN get Source Crystals from battles still.
 
Still...theyre selling a full price game with few to no built in skins that aren't dlc. Microtransactions aren't really necessary imo. Makes me worried the season pass wont have all the costume packs in them and im tired of season passes being only part of the content a game promises as dlc.
 
Baked-in progression keeps a larger playerbase playing longer. Apparently.

Also it has to be seen if this is more like Fight Money or World Bucks. I still hate World Bucks, but it's a lot better.
 
Either way think I'm skipping this one till they release the list of all the shit im going to have to pay for in addition to the main game to be satisfied. they was pushing it with the microtransaction shit in MKX for me and I dont have a very favorable opinion of NRS fighting games so as hyped as I am (I quite liked the first the Injustice), I'm gonna pull out here till the full game releases.

Netherrealm is really good at having someone fly at mach speeds and crash into a brick wall. Looks good, feels good.

Yes! My main is back! I liked the roster so far, but this is fantastic.
 
Scarecrow looks so great, if you look closely, the grave in his Super has an engraving for Harley Quinn, so not exactly a diff fear for every character, but it's a good enough touch (Different tombstones for each character)
There's also rumors that Scarecrow is voiced by Robert Englund (Famous for playing Freddy Krueger), so let's hope that's true
