Injustice 2.

I'm sorry I prefer Oracle over Batgirl.

And no, I don't want ANOTHER Batman Beyond costume. I just want Batman Beyond. Not the one they had for New 52. The good one that Bruce Timm invented.

I also want Superboy because he's a more interesting character than Superman.

Superboy (or Powergirl is fine too)
Blue Beetle
Terry McGinnis
Booster Gold
And Rip Hunter
 
I hope we get more Arkham _____ References,, to be honest. That Stage Transition (while it makes absolutely no sense canonically) in Injustice 1 was absolutely sublime.
We're already getting some Arkham Knight looking helmets for Batman, so who knows?
 
The problem with Terry is that most of what could be his gadgets are already being used by Bruce... Even if you change how he uses most of it, it'd still feel like a half-character.

Batgirl had different tools, and far less gadgets, relying more on martial arts. You couldn't do the same with a bat from the FUTURE. It'd also feel lackluster

you answered the question after you asked it.

terry could have a flight state like War Machine had in the original MvC, you can have Terry be a more dirty fighter, and Terry is from the future, meaning he has access to tech that Bruce wouldn't have yet until 50 years later, why would the new Batsuit still use technology from 50 years ago? like, Return of the Joker showed that Terry isn't just some punk pretending to be Batman, nor is he the first Batman. He's just Batman.

Nope, most of it would still bring too much of batman to define the character. Unless you put loads of laser weapons on it.
 
okay then, if you're gonna play arm chair CEO, I'll go into more detail:
  • he's a teen from the streets, meaning he isn't trained in martial arts like Bruce. Have him fight more wildly. give him a big dumb charge tackle and then you input other variations (a la Clark from KoF, and allowing him room for various EX versions if need be). also, he hits below the belt, seeing as Return of the Joker shows he's not gonna fight like Bruce.
  • you have access to the suit as well as the tech. if Terry has to use Batarangs, have them be able to change direction mid air, thus allowing Terry various ways to use projectiles: anti-airs, a projectile that he throws behind and it makes it's way around to the back of the opponent, etc etc.. Also, the suit has retractable claws, you can give him attacks with those.
  • you can give him a flight state since the suit can fly on it's own, the flight state can allow him continued use of aerial attacks and so forth.
  • the suit can stealth cloak so Reptile it up.
  • he actually does have a laser, so woo-hoo, criteria met
  • he has electrical discharges throughout his suit so his breaker would easily look different to Batman's
this is just stuff I'm getting from the wiki and not everything would have to be used. but it would be easy to make Terry his own character unique from Batman. you just gotta look that shit up and think.

and if anyone is curious about why I would prefer him to replace Barbara, it's because the only reason Barbara was added in was because they gave her back the ability to walk in the New 52. and seeing as I prefered Barbara as the most prolific hacker of the DCU, one of the Justice League's key members in terms of communication relay, formed the Birds of Prey, and could constantly overcome obstacles and be a good role model for handicap-able people over back to being batgirl because no one can relate to a wheelchair bound woman! (IMO)

so when I say "get back in the wheelchair Barbara, it's because I want Oracle back. Because Oracle is more interesting and I also want room for Terry to slide in.

Ok, well based on the Past 2 Twitter Polls from Ed Boon within the last 24 hours...the next Character Reveals will be Jason Todd Red Hood vs. Starfire.

The polls were as followed: Who the fans would want as red hood: Jason Todd vs. The Joker (Jason won with 81%). The other poll read like this: Ok...."just for fun"....Injustice 2: who do you wanna see most? Constantine, Starfire, Black Manta. (Starfire won with 43%, John Constantine had 32% and BM had 25%)

I'm more hyped that Constantine may be an actual Injustice Character!

The dude fights fucking Demons from Hell, Won a Bet with his soul on the line, and is single handily the smartest magic users in the DC universe. Zatanna is scared of him and the things he could do.

people would probably hate a comic accurate Starfire anyway.
people were confused why Cyborg's classic costume didn't look like the one from the Teen Titans cartoon, so I have no hope for any characters likability at this point.
 
well I remember the classic Teen Titans and I liked how they gave Cyborg his old Design.

probably the New 52 version was.
the one in The New Teen Titans was pretty well adjusted.
she kept everyone in line.
she gardened.
she could talk normal and understood Earth customs.
she was a classy lady.

DOES THIS MEAN DEATHSTROKE IS KILL :C Glad Harley still has some Injustice 1 stuff. She was my main and all. And this design isn't too bad.

 
Deathstroke could just get a more Staff/Sword/Martial Arts based moveset, which IMO would fit him better than GANS LOTS OF GANS.
 
Well it was pretty obvious they would push Suicide Squad in this game. :P

At least it gives more hope for mah boi Croc. :D
 
Dead shot was already in the mobile game so no surprise. That said I expect Static too since he is mobile exclusive too.
