I definitely talk over people. It's not specific to commentary, either. That's just me. Sometimes I notice it, and try to give moments over to them (you may have noticed me turning to my co-commentators at times and saying things like, "so, Peanuts, tell us why he won that round!"), but I should be making a greater effort to let my co-commentary breathe a little.
Also, I think this discussion is really highlighting the importance of having a pair of commentators complement one another. I know that I personally find 2 technical commentators to be cripplingly dry, with tons of dead air and awkward pauses, and I having 2 color commentators starts to just be white noise, often devoid of content. For Combo Breaker, I'm going to try and plan the commentary staffing to have everyone in their right place.
