I was gonna say, but Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm games tend to have a singleplayer campaign, all of them having segments where you roam the world (usually doing fetch quests, interacting with NPCs, and occasionally battling), but they'd always lead up to these amazing high quality boss battles that are cinematic as fuck, that's the hypothetical I was supposing.
If a hypothetical CC2 Jojo game was based entirely off something like that, I agree, yeah, part 4 would be great, just wandering around a perfect Recreation of Morioh would be amazing
Early example of a really good boss fight, as early as UNS 2. This was basically CC2's precusor to Asura's Wrath

Hm, looking at this I definitely see the connection to Asura's Wrath. Which was a great anime to play, but I would be in favor of the PS2 Jojo's approach to combat. You can play the fight however, but just get bonus points for fulfilling events from the fight in the manga (using specific moves in specific places, destroying certain types of terrain, finishing in a certain way, etc). But there aren't QTE's to try and force you to reenact every major beat. CC2 makes good looking cinematics don't get me wrong, but when I played Asura's Wrath it wasn't hard to notice that they don't make very deep games.
tfw skullheart says you accidentally double posted so you delete the second one but it turns out you didn't and you delete both of them and now the excellent totally not garbage post you made is now gone with the wind
So yeah why we still on garbage Rohan OVAs and still no Dead Man's Questions?
"◆ Special Feature !!!!!! ◆ Part 5 "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Golden Wind" TV Animation Decision! ! Broadcast start of October 2018! Main Staff & Character Visual Public! Cast announcement on July 5 (Thursday) and the first episode of the pre-screening event "Japan Premier" ☆ ☆"
So it'll prob be finished by 2019 due to being two parts...
It took them a few years to get to this...
By my caclulations...
yep, Steel Ball Run in 2025.
Just gotta... live until then.
I hope they stick with the more creative 2D animated movies than the showcasing 3D openings
like, each of the Part 4 openings I feel were amazing
CNBT felt like it was celebrating a milestone, which it was considering nothing adapted past part 3. (I know about the part 5 PS2 game)
Chase felt like a 90s anime opening and the artistic foreshadowing was absolutely mind boggling.
and Great Days just makes you want to point to the sky. Yes, even you. (and dont get me started about the remixes)
its just so much better than the "hey, look what is gonna happen in this arc" openings that were in 3D. yeah, they looked nice but I'd rather have something that makes me turn my head a second time I look at it than something that looks pretty.
Just sat down to catch up after stopping at the end of Blue Lagoon which was like a year and a half ago. Ozone Baby was pretty good.
Kind of starting to be a little worried by the whole shadow society with either unclear motivations or rule the world motivations thing, while this part has had some moments (nice amount of body horror, certain deaths) or stands (Aphex Twins were rad) it has been 7 years now and all we have to show in terms of progression is Josuke's identity and a countdown timer for a mcguffin.
SBR was 7 years and the climax pretty much started before chapter 65 (and finished on 95). We're on 77 now.
