It seems like arcade tournaments are either: BO1, or best 2/3 games with no chance to counterpick in between games (The 2/3 rounds for non-1v1 matches thing). Neither option is bad, it's just that I wonder if there is anything in the NESICA system preventing players from rematching each other after each game to go back to char select. It's probably also their preference, which is okay too.
@videoman190 thanks for posting these videos! I have a question, do you know why at the start of most of these games, one player lets the other player kill one of his characters?

What's even the point of playing trio if that's how it works? You're only going to get to use 2 characters anyways so why not play duo? I don't get itttttttttttttt
Yeah I didn't see anyone intentionally letting their characters die. Much better!
I'm just glad they're finally playing the real game
arcades only got sg in october. If you watch any tournament from 2012 here, you'll see the same thing.
