This game doesn't look good, at all. :/

EDIT: okay, gameplay wise, we can't say much, so the game might be good in this aspect.

But the animations, something on the level of KI would be good.

If the game used sprites would look better.

Even addition of my main, Leona, isn't making this game look good to me.

The dislike bar on that video shows how people are unhappy.

I want this game to be good, but everything indicates that it will not be.
 
That article makes no sense, King of Fighters XIV is something we have known about for at least a year, if not a couple years. Also, how do Leona and Chang confirm a leaked roster? That's like saying a leaked roster with Cammy and Bison is significant.

That said, I'm really not happy with that roster, Tizoc and Geese are cool, but unless those unnamed characters are cool I have no one else who aren't main stays to care about.

You also apparently didn't read the article. The interesting thing is that it's Chang in a prisoner uniform, which was mentioned in the list and it seems like a weird detail to just guess and hit.

They confirmed "the new KoF game" they were working on was 3D in December last year and I'm 80% sure that was the second time they confirmed they were working on a new KoF game, the only reason people thought it could be dead was that we didn't get any news after that and then they were acquired.

No, I skimmed the article, so I didn't pick up on that and it is my fault.

KOF related and trailer to the cellphone game. If XIV look like that in that trailer nobody would complain about the game's graphics.

Most of the alternate translations for the camp character have military connotations. We're probably gonna see a military official of some kind.
 
Well if they release a third trailer with even better graphics we might even just hope at release the game will have decent ones.

I'm not even a fan of this game but I wanted to get in because of the pixelart. And then this.
 
I dunno... It'd need at least a year of polish before it could compare with current gen titles.

If KoFXIV looked like that, it wouldn't exist because a full game of that would burn cash at an industrial rate.

Roster leak certainly looking likely, god damnit, it saddens me that the more we get, the worse it seems. I'll still hold out for people to actually get their hands on it.

What are the chances Yagami Team won't be as neutered as they were in XIII? Mature was okay at least, but Vice hurts.
 
The replacement of Blue Mary still makes me sad. Was hoping for her to appear in a modern kof

You guys better hope they'll add DLC characters, but it's probably gonna be limited.
Were looking at a 50 character roster. This has to be a dream match because that's the biggest roster story-wise (without counting home console extras). Making a story for 16 teams is a bit nuts (NEST saga got away with that because teams of 4).

Better start send letters to SNK playmore like you're giving Goku your energy.
