Shoutout to all the guys who came down to the ballroom, got mad that I didn't remind them in person to help with setup, and then immediately left without doing anything anyway.
 
G2 went from 2nd hardest pool to becoming arguably the easiest? That's p.funny
In general seeding looks pretty strong now, pretty much every pool has 3 people with a real shot and one "dark horse"

E2: Duck, drewski
G1: Sonic, Diablos
G2: fenster, Peanuts (I would have this other way round, but Peanuts said he loses v fenster, so I will trust him on that)
H1: TJ, NCV
H2: cloudking, Winnie

I like Negus/Warped over NCV but maybe he'll make a comeback and prove me wrong.

Is there any break between top 16 and top 8 on spooky's steam? I'd like to get something to eat before top 8 but don't want to miss any matches from top 16

Looks like the challonge bracket isn't updating on the official CB account. Here's a challonge bracket I'm updating with results as they happen, top 8 is tonight on Team Spooky's stream at 8PM CST, be there or be square!

I wish I'd at least made it a match or two in. :(
Still, this was a great first tournament to watch and see everyone who came out.
Definitely looking forward to coming and getting destroyed again in the future.
 
does anyone know if after the tournament if it will be uploaded to YouTube?
 
At least this tournament seems like a fantastic tournament for everyone who showed up in person.

Already losing my voice over here building the hype. Apparently all the streams are dead? I can tell you being at the venue the internet here is pretty ass. Everything else tho has been a blast. I just wish I did better at the tourney.
 
All the streams are still down. It is like the ISPs surrounding Rosemont, IL have chopped the lines with fire axes. As mentioned above, Skullgirls Top 16 had flickering (5-10 minute blackouts), now it seems to be completely down.

On Twitter:

We are dealing with an unstable ISP issue. It will be resolved shortly. We apologize for any drops in the mean time.

I know that we held up top16 to wait for the internet to get back up, since we were pretty much running 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Not sure about top 8 though... I hope they get it resolved in the next 20 minutes...
