[Oct 17, 2015] CEOtaku: Party of the Century 2015 (+ Horror Nights) (Orlando, FL)

Horror Nights is really expensive! Do we go for an awesome backup plan?

  • (Go to HHN) Screw the money! I wanna go to Universal and get jumped by literal clowns!

  • (Don't) $70-$100 could cover some kickass backup plans, and my flight's landing too late anyway.

Will anyone be willing to lend me a fight stick (especially an eightarc) during saturday? My eightarc died and my brawlstick occasionally refuses to jump.

Hey Brokenloose I'mgame for whatever you want to do with stragglers Monday since my flights at 8:30 so I'm free for most of the day.

So the general feeling I am getting from watching the stream, as well as those at CEO Otaku, is that this was a good turnout for SG. To those who are still there, will you guys planning to come back for next year?

tbh the reason I (like many i'm sure) didn't come out to CEOtaku was that it is quite a trip to make for what I initially perceived to be a relatively small tournament. Given the turnout as well as the very positive feedback I'm seeing from pretty much everyone who went, if Jebailey is satisfied enough to put us on the lineup next year I would be very much in favor of rallying to make CEOtaku 2016 the non-CB major everyone tries to make it out to.

I am getting the same sense. If Jebailey is happy with the results, we can make it bigger, and a SG major for us to attend alongside Combo Breaker, and NEC as must go's.

I too am in the "100% attending next year" boat now that I know CEOTaku is a thing.

It's also worth nothing that the viewer count for SGs finals at CEOTaku was quite high. I don't pay a lot of attention to how many people are watching a stream but it seemed like there were a lot of viewers compared to other events. So that's good news!
