Robo-Fortune Combo Thread

The easy universal stuff you find screwing around in training mode uses J.MP or j.HK somewhere early and kills the combo.

I need a meathands equivalent to Double barrel loops that lets me do 80~90% of Robo's real combo damage at 10% of the execution. Any candidates?

The combo I'm currently using is pretty braindead. The only remotely difficult thing is the air beam > s.lp linking. You'll need that for damage regardless of combo pretty much. It does use j.hk very early, and often, but that doesn't nerf the damage as much as I was thinking it would.

cr.lk, cr.mp, s.mk, cr.hp
j.mk
double jump
j.mk, j.hk (down)
cr.mp, cr.hp
j.mp, j.hk (all hits)
double jump
j.lk, j.hk (slight down-forward), qcf.hp (air beam)
s.lp x2, s.mp (hold), s.mk, s.hp (cancel before last hit), qcf.hk, qcf.pp

7.5-7.7k (Mainly depends how many hits of the first j.hk land, the less, the better.)

Here's a Robo thing with DnB assist that provides you with two heads mid combo. It probably works with other assists but I'm using Squigly because that's who I am. The combo itself probably isn't optimal. It's more a proof of concept than anything else.
 
I only produce the most optimal, viable meter efficient tech.

7024 damage on a 1.0 multiplier for those curious

That seems fine, that does around 5500 with a beam super, just remember that if you want a little more damage you can probably just throw in S.LK, S.MP after J.HK and link after it with a S.LP into your ender.

Thanks! This buffs the air throw combo damage up to 5.8k (5.8~5.9k depending on how many hits you got in of j.MP at the start).
 
Best easiest midscreen universal robo fortune combo? Any takers? I've been told a few variants that are "easy" but easy in this case means easy for me to drop.

It would be nice if it didn't use j.mk (in the first launch string) as well because I need to be able to tag combo into pw with robo. And my tag starter needs to use no otg and more than likely j.mk. From pw.


But at this point I'll just take a braindead easy combo of any variant that leads to full undizzy and is universal midscreen... I'm shit at juggle combos in general, so this is very hard for me to try and come up with myself.

It is not very good, I suppose..

with jMK instead of the 2nd jMP you can do like the same thing after sHK xx Magnet or somesuch iirc (two jMPs don't work there due to Stage5 rather than Stage3)
And in general the combo is ~even easier~ that way. But you said you didn't want to use jMK, so jMP it is

Is this universal? Tried to do vs peacock, but without success. Maybe Is just me that sucks?

What part are you dropping? The combo's definitely weird on Peacock but it works.

I dropped the ender at the end because I r teh suck and I was in a hurry so couldn't record it again but it definitely works.

I was dropping after the first j.HK, because peacock ends too high in the air and I couldn't connect s.MP. But I think it was because I was using all the hits of j.MP. I tested first on BB and it was very easy to perform, but on peacock is way harder. Thanks for the video.

I did a thing.


I ended up with a similar thing as Yaya without realizing. Seems like getting max damage is easier on larger, heavier characters, since you can get max hits on s.hp and Danger H both times.

Apologies for potato video. Impromptu video making with minimal setup, so good.

i get the distinct feeling that you like the music a lot more than anything else in the video. if that's the case then i should just make up a playlist all the good music i find and forget about making content. I'm fine with that if that is the case. to be honest looking back at the Green Vial combo, it's pretty shit. only 6.3k for a bar less if I did lk danger then into Magnyantic Trap.

*makes deflating sound* I can't really think up something good and practical that someone hasn't done yet with robo kitty.
