I'm very interested in competing in this, but goodness, from looking at some of these players, it kinda scares me away. But that's obviously not what you want to hear. Also, seems like a broken link for the Steam group, says no group can be retrieved from the URL, and I feel like such a dumbass right now, I'm only a scrub who's been here for about a month or two.

Thanks. I have fixed the link. I never even knew that it changed nor did anyone tell me about this until now. Yes, we do have players who place high regularly, but this is still an opportunity to meet both new and experienced players with hopefully decent connections. You can add these people to your friendslists and play them before or after the tournies and get some experience. Besides, this is isn't a Double Elimination tourney where you're out after losing to 2 people.
 
"Hopefully decent connections" can't be stressed enough. It just seems to be good or bad at different times for me. Though usually a reset of my hub will fix that, given there isn't anybody else doing anything that would crash connection, such as my little sister on YouTube on the Xbox. Damn, it can be a pain trying to get her off there.
 
You don't have to worry too much about experience. Even if you lose you'll either be able to get advice or pick up some sparring partners to improve. As for internet trouble, some of us (me) also have spotty internet that can be very hit or miss. I recommend entering (as well as joining UOTS) because it's pretty good fun.
 
I shall do so next time, it'll be good for me, hopefully it won't clash with anything in my routine already.

Got some setting in OBS wrong in the first video, fixed in round 2
I also turned off the in-game music (by request) and brought some Oriental Express

Writing here to let everyone know that the UOTS group has been closed. The new Steam group page link is - http://steamcommunity.com/groups/skullbatseu

Thanks to @Grimmhart for letting me run tournies in the old UOTS, but it's about time Skullbats EU has its own public group.

Weekly tournaments will still run as usual.

-Entrants are expected to be in the "Unofficial Official Temporary Skullheart" steam group chat 5-15 minutes prior to start time. Registration will start at 7:00pm BST/8.00pm CEST/9.00pm EEST/etc and tourney will start as soon as brackets are shuffled. A Reminder will be sent out on Steam 15 minutes early before start.

From the startpost. Needs editing :p

Also, you can remove the Spacing thing from 2nd place at last SBats and just put IsaVulpes, looks better etc
