Ms. Fortune's path will begin soon, I just need a few cleanups and a few more sprites before I do make progress on the path. Right now I'm just using placeholder Filia from Lockjaws' Squigly Version as Ms. Fortune.

I notice a lot of people in here asking for sprites of characters when they have basically zero work done on their routes themselves. You can still write and implement the vast majority of your game using placeholder art (take existing sprites and just write "SAD" "HAPPY" "ANGRY" over them - even the Z Engine originally used Chun Li sprites before Mike teamed up with Alex).
Once you've actually got something to show to people then it would be a good time to ask for art. A lot of these projects don't go anywhere, so it's not fair on artists to ask them for stuff before you've put any visible work in.

To be perfectly honest, that was a pretty awful stream that really fails to do the game justice. I urge anyone who wants to experience it to instead play it for themselves.
Anyway, now that the battle system has been released and seen in action, does anyone have any comments or critiques on it?

Well for opinions on the battle system it is my personal opinion that it drags on way, way too long. I would love for them overall to be shortened or just cut it out for most part. Because it really breaks up the story experience.
But still the battle system is nice. And I know after how much time you put into it and you won't cut any battles. But please shorten them, because other people on the stream complained a lot about the length.

Here is my modest proposal.
I thought constructive criticism was ok, especially when I admitted that I didn't full grasp something and said that what you said was right. It's not like I'm never going to do another full play-through of it when it is complete. This is a demo not the full release so I wanted to have discussions on things that didn't make sense to me at the time, (Like with the Selene wishing on the SH time frame), or things that still baffle me, (Like Annie being there, when there is nothing supporting it, to m knowledge). Again it is a demo, so I thought bringing up stuff that could be seen as flaws to some people would be better for the game as it is being completed. And you remember me saying "OH! OH! yea whoops I totally didn't think of it that way! Yea your thing makes sense to me now." (like in part 3 and 4 of the videos) when it came to the Nancy thing.
Alright next time I'll defiantly keep my mouth shut about things that I think are confusing to me, and not say my opinions on anything, or try to help. As it seems that you have that covered. I will try my hardest not to give out my opinions again, (Again, I sincerely am sorry about me giving out my opinions and thoughts about things that confused me), hopefully next time on the full release I will know better than to say my thoughts about the game's story, gameplay, characters, development, or generally anything, and I will try to play the game more as an empty husk for people to delve into in order to experience the game better.
I am sorry for my dumb attempt to help out with things that confused me I will never do that again. And so that everyone else here doesn't make the same dumb mistake as I did by being confused by something and asking questions. I urge everyone who plays this game to not ask questions about things that may confuse you because it casts a bad shadow on the game. This is abiding to the creator LockjawsSaga's most fair and unbiased judgment, so that if it ever changes please conduct yourselves to his will.
Hopefully I am forgiven by @LockjawsSaga for my terrible transgressions against his work. And I might be allowed to play the full release, (though I do promise publicly, to everyone I will try my hardest to get rid of my enjoyment, frustration, thoughts, opinions, passion, personality, and confusion during the next stream so that I can get closer to @LockjawsSaga perfect vision of a perfect stream, though I am only human.)

I completely understand that LockjawsSaga's issue with the stream was the 'plot hole' thing I did, (mainly as I didn't understand the time frame of Nancy's wishing in the story, nor was that explanation ever told through the chat.) I only did that to highlight something that I thought, at the time, to be a pretty big hole, (besides the Annie thing) in an otherwise perfectly crafted story, made by LockjawsSaga. And remember once I had to, think of the Nancy explanation myself, (because again when I was asking for someone to explain the 'hole' to me this was never brought up or I was too focused on finishing the very long story that the chat's messages skipped over that answer.) and once I did figure out the explanation myself I repeatedly apologized for not hypothesizing the thing earlier and making it into a big thing, (because at the time I thought it was a pretty big plot hole) and took the picture off the stream.
The literary joke is that, "A Modest Proposal" By: Jonathan Swift is a piece of satire made to satirize the upper class Englishmen who where trying to solve the problem of the poor in Ireland, while they similarly made Ireland terrible with oppression, among other things, that I will skip in the interest of time. Basically he made fun of the people that think themselves as always right by writing down a ludicrous solution to the problem, (Which was eating Irish babies, using their skin for clothes, using teenagers as hunting game,etc...) but he was passing it off with the utmost sincerity.
So what I did is basically the same thing but I was satirizing myself by acting as if I knew everything and how to fix his problem in that post, and by taking his words to the extreme. I thought the joke was obvious because I titled the post as my Modest Proposal. It was to make fun at myself and how I acted on stream.
The only thing sincere in that whole post is that I plan on redoing the entire play through of the game at it's final/full release. (I hope to try and see if I can't get him to do some developer commentary, or get some of the other VA to help me out with the game, in order to make it special).

Guy runs stream. Questions some of the lore. Gets corrected on the lore. Apologizes for making a big deal of it. I don't see why y'all are still discussing this, but whatever, you kids have fun.
Also, from my watching of the stream, I agree with the battles being too long. The battle system is really good and has a lot of stuff in it, which I was pretty surprised to see at all, but the length of some of those battles definitely dragged.
The routes good and all but maybe if you made the attacks hit harder or lowered the enemy's health of def that would make things quicker. The way the battle system is now makes things like the Medici tower go one FOREVER!

I'm just gonna say, and this is more than likely the last time you'll see me in here, is if you got a problem with it you can just not choose the option. It is there for other people.
I'm more looking for somthing more along the lines of the portraits levithan and samson use. As for digital I guess so.

Jeez, you people and your hypersensitivity! Like @J-Boogie said, nothing and no one made you click that choice, you did so because of your own 'depraved curiosity'. The only part of you that makes contact with Squigly is your face with the back of her hand anyway, so why is this such a big deal? If you don't like it don't pick it. Unlike Squigly, no one has a gun to your head.
Hell, you'd think people would be more upset over the fact that Squigly actually kisses you on the lips, and that it IS portrayed as a good thing.
