Skullgirls a 2D Fast- Pace Fighting Game inspired on Japanese 2D Fast- Pace Fighting Games localized now on Japan for one of the creators of 2 of the inspirations, funny world this are the things that a like about Globalization.

Can´t wait to play on my PS4.

I think everyone on this forum who is familiar with Vampire has thought LZ would be a good fit, if not outright said it, at one point. Sad thing is Capcom did throw important IPs to no name western studios, unfortunately focusing on bad ones, so I doubt this is even remotely in the realm of ever happening, less so than before.

@Mike_Z I have a question concerning the "set macro to touch screen" Is the back plate touch screen also usable? Because i have most of my fingers in the back of the vita while playing so i was wondering if that option is also there?! It would be more comfortable for me without having to move my thumb from the actual 4 front buttons.

Nope, in testing it was incredibly annoying to have that enabled, according to nearly every tester, and there's not enough time to expand the UI and let people configure all that junk. Sorry.

It's cool. Never actually played a fighter on a handheld before. So i'll probably have to start somewhere anyway. I'll get used to it most likely.
 
The rear touch screen is mapped to buttons by default for PS classic games and it is actually super annoying. To save my life I cannot stop hitting those buttons by accident. I always forget how to turn them off too.
 
soooooo... it's delayed? to March 10th?
March 10 was the date before. Now it's TBD. My guess is the vita version didn't go through their specific quality control?! That or the japanese version is just not done yet. No idea....

That's the plan. I think I may have answered this in a separate thread, but yeah, it depends on how fast Sony US and Sony EU approve it. We're pretty confident we'll have it out before the JP release date.

Anyone figure out how to replace the vita joystick with stick? Then you can play the vita version like a stick
I'd rather someone mod Vita's Left stick and replace it with NGPC mini stick.

Like replace the left analog stick with an arcade-style stick? I don't honestly thing that would work. The Vita has no weight to it, it would be sliding all over the place if you tried to play it like that.
 
Here is the first of the Skullgirls 2nd Encore Official Japanese ArcSys video tutorial episodes.
Going though basics and a 1v1 between Valentine and Filia. I laughed at the spot where i think he said "i blocked that" and after the match he be jabbing the air like "stop pressin buttons my mans" atleast thats how interpreted it. lol

Definetly give it a look. Also japanese voices! So yeah i'm likeing it and i need it. And i WILL have it! :O

I wonder what they wrote about in the "#2" panel, the one with the magnified image. Is that section describing the graphics? Maybe highlighting the HD sprites and dynamic lighting? Just curious what they're trying to communicate to gamers over there that might not already be common knowledge.

I like that Fukua's VA has been labeled "???" this whole time too. It seemed possible from the trailer that they might be giving her unique voice clips for this dub, which would actually be a decent plus for using Japanese voice settings. Guess we'll be hearing what everyone sounds like soon enough.
