Don't they have training for this shit now? Like asking the informant his social security number or taking his ID info in case the call turns out to be SWATting? Or just simply checking from a distance what is happening in the house before the big guns arrive and assessing the situation? I remember someone who got SWATted while streaming, only for the guy to show his pc and chat to the officers on stream, implying they noticed something was up.
This is just sad. It's been 3 years, you'd expect some sort of prevention procedure following recurring incidents but nope.
