I think I got it. The palette has black, yellow, and red in it... kind of like the Porsche emblem.

Well, if she's a car, this explains why her LnL gives you a yellow cat.
 
Only one problem, though. I'm not sure how it would fit the Z-cat clue.

I'm going to assume that it is a sports car paint job because the soccer ball pattern clue suggests sports car.

I don't think it's that it's been kept secretive so much as it just isn't very easy to guess since it isn't something very immediately obvious.

What exactly was the cat buisness? How would the soccer cat made sense, and what pattern would it have? Flames?

When I saw that palette, I felt like I was looking at Shego from Kim Possible instead of Reptile from MK. Am I the only one who thinks that? Only reason I wouldn't is because Fukua isn't wearing Black Lipstick, unlike Shego.
 
With Fukua palettes, a general theme is that they are taken from characters that are clones/color swaps in other fighting games. If you see a resemblance to a character that does not meet those criteria, more likely than not it's a coincidence and the answer lies elsewhere.

Hey, they put Shadow in! Sweet! I'm not sure how often I'm going to be allowed to pick him over Maeruto though.
 
Since the bots in OMF 2097 are custom colored (and hence not having a default palette), I guess the only way to have a Shadow palette in Skullgirls was to imitate the colors of one of the dedicated Shadow pilots from tournament mode, such as Iceman, Killian, Nicoli or Eva Earlong.

Since Mike says in the patch notes "This is it for now, get 'em while they're hot." Does that mean there's not going to be any new Fukua colors for a while?

I hope Lab Zero pads out the number all the characters to have the same amount of colors. Its kinda weird to see half the cast with 20 colors and the other half with 22.
 
So when is that fukua patch anyways ?
