And you're wrong. Simon Belmont was mentioned already so I'll point out how awesome Bomberman would be.
Don't lie to yourself, we all know you shake them to find out what's inside.
You do that but that's still not completely finding out what you're getting
Actually, I think they upload the update data way in advance and create a backup server with everything + the update stuff and when the time comes, they essentially flip a switch and switch over to the updated server and so everyone connects and downloads the updated shit. That's how most of the youtube stuff happens too. They uplaod the videos but make them invisible and then flip the switch when it's time to reveal them.I'm curious as to whether there will be more revealed in the Smash presentation besides that which has been leaked.
I wouldn't imagine anything more than a new character trailer, one that we don't know from Nintendo for some reason putting it in the game before it's officially announced.
But,
seriously,
like,
"Hey Mr. Sakurai, are you sure we should upload all the character files before the official announcement?"
"Don't fucking question me."
"It's just that the fans already knew about this just from us adding their victory themes, you don't think they'll notice when we add everything that's going to be revealed in this special announcement at the biggest conference in the world?"
"It is not your place to wonder such things, now do as you're told."
"Yes, Mr. Sakurai."
It seems like some people don't want the leaks to spoil the new characters for them, so if you can, please spoiler it.
I haven't had time to read up on everything leaked, because I'm glancing onto Skullheart when I can. How much, if anything, about Ryu's playstyle has been confirmed? I know we've seen a screen of one of his moves in this particular thread, so I'm guessing something has been revealed?
Is he just like Ryu from SF just edited slightly for Smash? Or is he just a new Smash character with SF inspiration? How faithful is it?
All we have are stills from his custom moves screen (of which he has none) and his Classic Mode complete movie, so it's a little hard to tell. We know his neutral special is a Focus Attack which is odd, and he has different voice lines for all his moves so either Smash has finally gotten less annoyingly repetitive with it's voice work or he has EX attacks.
Oigh, his voice is going to sound really out of place in Smash.
I like how they're bringing quite a few of his special attacks, although it was to be expected, I suppose. I'm not a big SF fan; is Focus Attack from one of the games? What can we expect it to do, based on what it did before, if it is already an established thing?
Anyways, thanks for the little overview of what exactly was leaked.
You're on a Skullgirls forum and you support Konami???
