"My son, you have heeded my advice well, but it is time to mark your own path. Go with my blessing and remember, the truth path listens to all voices equally, not the most favored." So were the last wise words of the Omanyte.
I find nothing wrong with it but apparently people are creeped out by the song cause of how it sounds and the Lavender Town Syndrome creepypastas in which people commit suicide listening to the song due to parts that have high pitch frequencies. I personally find it to be a Dead man's lullaby.
Not new.So apparently TPP is causing issues for Twitch on a technical level. I mean, we all know that their service is a fragile as hell anyway, but yeah.
You would be more interested in a literal never ending nightmare that is anarchy in the safari zone? Safari zone (and other places) are legit impossible to beat like that.
Yes I would, it was fun like that. It started off with a fun premise and then the developer changed it.
Well, I for one wasn't cool with them being stuck for days (if not forever until people grew so sick of it that no one tried something like this again) in things like the Rocket maze. And besides, isn't the democracy system only in place if the majority of streamers are voting for it? That means the game is crazy if the streamers want, but they are allowed to pull together if they want to.
Granted, those two pokemon were pretty damn important and there was a huge argument about eevee vs lapras (and specifically avoiding flareon, which they made)
finite amount of money.
Yes and No. There's no way of getting more money, but the reason that it's seen as a game stopper is that you can theoretically put yourself in a position where you don't have a pokemon with a HM move that allows you to progress and because you have wasted all of your money you have now way of buying pokeballs to catch such a pokemon.
the problem with that is, you're putting trust in anarchy to operate the machines in the casino and use those winnings to get the HMs. and it costs money to get tokens to play the machines. while there is a way to get money from the machines, it all requires everyone to work together and not a single person to screw up the whole plan.Yes and No. There's no way of getting more money, but the reason that it's seen as a game stopper is that you can theoretically put yourself in a position where you don't have a pokemon with a HM move that allows you to progress and because you have wasted all of your money you have now way of buying pokeballs to catch such a pokemon.
What you are forgetting is that there is never a way of screwing yourself out of useful pokemon (or, for that matter, money, but we'll get to that later) once you have passed Rock Tunnel (which, if we are talking about people complaining about Democracy in the Safari Zone, has already been completed). It's possible to farm coins in the Game Corner by walking around and continually pressing A, and those coins can eventually be traded for pokemon at the Prize Corner. And it's no mistake that all of the game-critical HMs can be taught to at least one of the pokemon you buy there. If you need money instead, you can buy TMs from the third slot and then sell them at a pokemart for $$$.
So no, money-screw is not a game-stopper in Pokemon RBY.
There are actually a few places where you can make the cam impossible to complete, but none of those situations can be remedied by Democracy anyway.
No, you don't use the machines at all. You just walk around the place and press A while you're doing it, and you periodically find hidden coins.the problem with that is, you're putting trust in anarchy to operate the machines in the casino and use those winnings to get the HMs. and it costs money to get tokens to play the machines. while there is a way to get money from the machines, it all requires everyone to work together and not a single person to screw up the whole plan.
Not especially, I actually find it quite boring. I just don't like people going around saying that Safari Zone is some sort of special case when it really isn't. If you're going to do something crazy, do it. Don't just do the crazy bit when it's not crazy to do it.
