It was said that 9 is most likely Beowulf and Grendel's arm. 13 is apparently Disney's Princess and the Frog.

Also if it means anything, a dev said on Discord a while back that none of her 6 original palettes released with the alpha are supposed to be references to any particular character. I'm not totally convinced since 3 is clearly Christmas-themed but maybe Santa Claus doesn't count as a "character".

I do believe that 4 isn't actually Ulala though. There are similarities but I think the differences are too large to be a direct reference. It's probably just a coincidence imo.
