I sorta agree with you. While I'm ok with the idea of introducing a new generation of viewers to a pre-established franchise like Zoids, why did they make them glorified vehicles instead of the usual mechs we know? Between this, the new Ninja Turtles show Nick is making and the reboot of (well...) ReBoot, it appears alot of new fans are gonna clash with the long standing fans of the shows.

Also the beginning looked more like a fan project instead of any kind of official announcement.

In case y'all missed it, Toonami fucked with EVERYONE tonight.
They showed the first episode of FLCL Alternative... entirely in Japanese with English Subtitles.
Right now they're showing an anime movie called Mind Game... also in Japanese with subtitles.

So there's two mangas I'd like to talk about here. Both are made by the same person, Sho Shibamoto, and are part of the same universe. Pandemonium Wizard Village, the story of a catman that wants to revive his lover who was killed in an attack from flying golems with laser beams that blight the land, and Flower Knight Dakini, which is about a fox girl who was made to kill those golems and her travelling with the artist who wants to draw her someday.
